    Who We Are

    Founded in 2017, Ningbo Juheng Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. is a precision manufacturing enterprise located in Ningbo, China. We began with a focus on gears, worm gears, and drive shafts, and have since expanded into two core manufacturing divisions: aluminum die casting and precision CNC machining.

    With two modern workshops housing 53 sets of production equipment, we serve the automotive, industrial, consumer electronics, and LED lighting sectors. Our in-house mold making capability, rigorous QC system, and ISO 9001 certification ensure consistent quality from prototyping through mass production.

    We are currently applying for IATF 16949 certification to further strengthen our automotive quality management system.

    Main Products
    Three core product lines covering die casting, CNC machining, and precision transmission components.
    Die Casting
    Aluminum die casting parts including gear boxes, electrical enclosures, LED lamp accessories, and motorcycle spare parts. In-house mold design and manufacturing.
    CNC Machining
    3-axis to 5-axis CNC milling and turning with micron-level accuracy. Materials include AL6061, AL7075, SS304/316, 45# steel, brass, POM, and PEEK.
    Transmission Parts
    Gears, internal gears, worm & worm wheels, gear racks, shafts, planetary gears, and motorcycle gear shafts. ISO 1328 accuracy grade 5–9.
